Parrot who was´nt in the habit of talking too much startled his owner at about one o´clock in the morning by sreeching at the top of his voice help help help the owner frightened and nervous got up to see what was going on and found herself ankle deep in water and rising quickly.
She woke everyone and took the Parrot with her they all clambered to safety all thanks to the screaming Parrot.
What made her hurry up was the fact her Parrot never made a noise at night except for this once.
Spain has a history of dramatic Flash Floods caused by sudden thunderstorms.
Parrot had a sixth sense that day alright.

Lion Bite Size Of A Magnificent Animal A Cordobes Man Has Him As A Pet And Now He Has To Give Him Away.

Sandof as the lion is called weighs in at a 130 kilos and he eats ten kilos of meat a day!!!
This Cordobes Man is forced to give the lion away because he has been forced off the land where he was able to keep the Lion.
This poor man reckons that he has reared this Lion from a Cub and would give away the six pet pythons he has to go with it if only someone
will take on this beautiful Lion.
He also reckons that he has until the 28th of April to give the Lion a better Home. It would break his Heart to have to sacrifice him. Any offers anyone?

Pet Birds Can Get To Become Ill If They Feel Ignored And Unloved

Many times a bird on its own can get to feel left out and lonely. If you find that two birds are too much noise or trouble when you go out and he´s on his own leave him the Radio switched on to a Station that plays nice Music. This should keep him company meanwhile.

Birds often get to pull their feathers out and suffer skin problems if they don´t feel loved enough.
Also don´t forget to change it´s water and seed too he will show you his gratitude.

A New Tragic Beginning For Gonzalo

Gonzalo is having the most tragic Christmas Eve he has ever had to go through in his life.
After being so happy all of them that same day now nothing makes sense.
Sheriff had got a Woman in his grasp that did not know anything about what he wanted to know but he is very unwilling to be merciful even though he really knew she has no knowledge. You can see in the Video how badly treated she was.
This Woman was Cristina Gonzalos Wife the Sheriff beat her to death.
Gonzalo will not get to realise this until a bit later on in the Series.
The Sheriff dumped her in the Streets on the cold Winters Eve.
Three months later Gonzalo and his Son are eating in their House. They are living quite badly. Gonzalo gives his Son his own portion of the Dinner. Alonso has drawn a picture of what he thinks Aguila Roja looks like and he reckons to his Father that Aguila Roja could help them to find the murderers of his Mother.
Gonzalo gets annoyed with him and tells him to stop fantasizing and daydreaming.
Alonso is unaware that his Father is Aguila Roja the one and only.
At School which is rather delapidated Alonso starts to write another Letter to his Aunt Margaret Cristinas Sister begging her to come and look after them as they are in need of help.
Margarita reads the letter with tears in her eyes she makes up her mind to do her best and make the journey to see them.
Satur has not joined up with Gonzalo as a team yet he is robbing a few tidbits of meal here and there.
Another Secret Reunion is taking place and the Sheriff is there like a Referee. Between they comment that the Captain who gave away the Book has not been found yet but someone is trying to find him to kill him for once and for all.
Gonzalos friends are worried about him and his wellbeing. One of them suggests that he could well be bewitched. Catalina the Wife of the Owner of the Inn is angry at them and reckons that they should be helping him more instead of dragging him down.
Gonzalo rescues Satur from Jail and from being on the point of being hanged for robbing a piece of bread and salami. Aguila Roja cuts the ropes and tries to rescue the others.
Satur pledges his life to him to help him now and for ever.
He does indeed become his assistant faithful but also quite a Rogue Satur has finally found a home with Gonzalo and Alonso.
The Son of the Marquessa bad mannered Child has just been up to mischief again. The Marquessa asks Gonzalo to teach her Son some manners by having him in his School this will raise some sparks.
Margarita is arriving at the Village a kind man has given her a ride all the way to the Village.

Aguila Roja Acts Quickly To Save Their Lives…

First Episode of Aguila Roja starts with Aguila Roja with his first Wife and their Son Alonso.
His Wife Cristina has made a wooden alphabet for Gonzalo to be able to use in the School that he has set up in the Village.
Aguila Roja is seen to be a very kind compassionate person in the intimacy of his home. Gonzalo loves his Wife deeply they begin their Day together not suspecting in the least what is in store for both of them.
Gonzalo is delighted with the gift that they have made for him between them (Alonso and Cristina) and he happily swings Alonso up and down. However dark shadows are approaching and these happy hours will soon be gone but not for forever.
Alonso asks his Mother if Aunty Margarita will come this Year to their House. But Cristina says no that it cannot be. She chides Alonso saying that Children should not interfere with Grownups ideas.
You can also see a caption here of the secret Masonry that the Nobles have set up between them. All dressed in Red Hooded Cloaks no one is recognisable they sit round the Table and swear allegiance to do away with the actual King Of The Three Spains.
But one of these People is in disagreement with them about having to kill the King he is already planning to take his book of notes and show it to the King himself.
This man will be killed in the first episode when he escapes from the hands of the Sect and in dark clothes winds his way round the streets trying to find the Person who he should give the information to.
But the Guards hot on his heels almost near to him now make him desperate and he finds Gonzalos Wife Cristina in the way and puts the book of information into her hands. She throws it on the ground but the Soldiers catch her and kill her upon the very same spot.
Gonzalo worried about his Wife goes through the Streets looking for her and finds her dying. They are only able to exchange a few words and she expires.
Alonso heart broken witnesses the scene and hes taken back to the House.
Meantime Satur is sitting talking to a Rabbit saying hes sorry that he has to eat him because theres nothing else and thats the way life is he tells him.

If you notice also the Sheriff is walking around more like strutting around those dressed in Red Cloaks listening to their conversation.
Gonzalo finds a medallion by the body of his Wife and knows that this Person is in part responsable for her murder.
Aguila Roja will find her killers and at the same time will protect The King Of The Three Spains in the near future.

Last Samurai In Spain Swashbuckling Hero…….

Spain has had many heroes like other Countries the best comparison I can make to this one is the outstanding Film of Tom Cruise “The Last Samurai” Aguila Roja is this kind of Character. He helps the poor and oppressed of his Country defying the Authority by acting as Aguila Roja as soon as dusk falls and the Rooftops are his favourite hangout also for safety.

“The Red Eagle” is one of my favourite to review in my Picasso of the Week its a television Series about a Spanish man who through no fault of his own found himself in on an adventure that was to take him right up to China to learn all about Martial Arts but with a tangible air of intrigue trailing behind.
Red Eagle accidentally got himself involved in a brutal fight caused by the supposed Husband of Margarita and certain People got injured and murdered. this is what took him to flee Spain because of the circumstances. Having to go from his beloved Country through no fault of his own he tries to seek peace travelling the Continents.
Agustin is a wayout offbeat Monk with a knowledge of these Martial Arts that he teaches to the Red Eagle whose actual name in the Series is Gonzalo Montalvo.
Gonzalo comes back to Spain and teaches young Children as a Village Teacher.
Fate again steps in when his Wife is suddenly found murdered all through a strange tattered old Book that was thrust into her hands as she was on her way back to her House.
The Sheriff had had her arrested took her to the local Jail and tortured her to death and left her dying in one of the Villages Streets.
Gonzalo finds her dying and swears vengeance on her murderers thus he begins a quest of no return.
Heartbroken he takes refuge in the monk that has followed him back to Spain and follows his advice and he pledges in no uncertain terms to help him in his mission.
Alonso Gonzalos Son who has many encounters with Aguila Roja believes that this Person is a Hero and is quite oblivious to the fact that Aguila Roja is his Father in reality.
Red Eagle (Aguila Roja) finds himself a sidekick known as Satur who is an amiable rogue that wedged his way into Aguila Rojas life because he saved his a narrow escape from the Death Penalty.
After about two months of learning to cope with his Wifes death Gonzalo accepts Margarita his Wifes Sister to come and live with them and help them out as Alonso his Son is still having a bad time.
Margarita was Gonzalos first love but fate struck its sword because of an incident that was to separate them cruel destiny indeed.
Gonzalo secretly loves her but finds it very hard to forgive her he holds her responsable for the whole tragedy.
However Margarita is made of tough stuff and holds out against his constant bombardment of hostility against her. Gonzalo made it clear from the start that he only wanted her to look after Alonso and be a Mother to him.
In the background Gonzalo while he is loved and accepted by everyone around him he has a secret admirer unknown to him at least. She is the Marquessa of Santillana who has always loved him and would do anything to be his so to speak. The Marquessa is wicked in her own ways and belongs to a secret Masonry that is out to kill the King.
The King of All The Spains as he was known at that time has a secret that burdens his heart and is wearying of carrying it about. He confides in Agustin the monk to keep and safeguard his Children. The identity of these Children is as yet unknown in the Series nothing is being revealed but chance has it that one of them may be Gonzalo. But thats not definite as this Series weaves an air of intrigue every week and loads of loose threads everywhere.
Meantime the Marquessa who is called Lucrecia has a parttime lover and he is the Sheriff ot the Village also in involved in the Masonry and out to kill the King of Spain on the quiet.
Actual situation of this Village is called nowadays Talamanca de Jarama, but has also been filmed in Pedraza (Segovia) that has many of these exterior Scenes involved. The actual name of the Village has never actually been stated I find that a bit strange but with all the effort they have put into making this Series not surprised either. Villamor is supposed to be the actual name of the Village from what I can make out. I have waded through various pages on Google in Spanish and it mentions everything except the actual name of the fictitious Village lol.

Spanish Omelette With Red Peppers In Baps (Rolls Of Bread) Or Cobs Served With Chips.

Peel cut and wash four medium sized potatoes.
Let them dry a little first.
Reserve one and a half potatoes to dice up into small slices like squares and fry apart in hot olive oil. Add these potatoes into a small bowl and add about a flat level of salt onto a teaspoon and mix them with the potatoes first.
Fry these potatoes until crisp not too brown. Meanwhile while they are frying beat seven good sized eggs in a deep enough bowl ready to put the fried potatoe squares in.
Potatoes should take seven mins at most. So now drain off excess oil and place the potatoes into the egg mixture.
Save the rest of the olive oil in a separate pan to use for the chips later.
Ok so this a healthy recipe I only use the olive oil once and discard it after.
Not much Cholesterol in here and it makes a change from Beefburgers.
Because the potato omelette is not very big and you serve it in the Baps with the Peppers leaving it for five minutes more it will make it much more tasty. Hope you enjoy this you can make your own version if you like.

Now apart heat up a medium sized frying pan with about three good tablespoons full of olive oil and put the egg and potatoe mixture in the pan.
Using a wooden spoon stir around the edges while the omelette is cooking and to make sure it does´nt stick. When the egg and potatoe mixture is firm enough on one side take a good sized dinner plate big enough to cover the frying pan and cover the top of the pan and turn it upside down so the other side of the omelette will cook once placed back on the flame.
Once browned on both sides this should take 5 mins only each side with a medium heat level.
Take the pan off the flame and get a fresh plate and covering the pan once again turn it onto the clean plate already cooked. You can cover the omelette with a lid of some kind as a soup plate will be too small.
You can now make some chips as you normally would in olive oil.
Put the Baps for the omelette on a big separate plate and open them up placing inside the now cooled down omelette.
Open a jar of ordinary Red Peppers and fry them gently with a little Salt. Place them once cooked on top of the pieces of potato omelette and close the Baps and sirve them with the Chips.
